In this closeup, it can be appreciated just how much work went into the thousands of windows painted to give an authentic feel of a cityscape, with a glow applied to many of these lit areas.

For this mural, we had a clear idea of the kind of view of New York we needed. There are so many images of this skyline, that eventually, we had to use elements of artistic licence in order to cut down on the immense work.

The view from the huge window of the apartment overlooks Liverpool city centre, and almost runs as a continuation of the New York skyline mural. 

The finished result was achieved in 2 weeks.
